The Trust had no Trade Union Facility time in the period up to April 2024.

As a trust, we are committed to fair and equitable employment practices. We have confirmed that we are not required to publish a gender pay gap report for the 2024-25 reporting year as we employed fewer than 250 employees on the 'snapshot date' of 5 April 2024. We will continue to monitor our workforce data and will comply with gender pay gap reporting requirements should our employee numbers exceed the threshold in future years.

Please note: Effective 1st April 2025, any references to the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) within our policies or documents should be read as the DfE (Department for Education). Documents will be updated to reflect this change in line with our normal review cycle.
