Meet the Central Team

Tracy Webb - Chief Executive Officer

Tracy Webb is an experienced Headteacher. Tracy was a strategic member of a large Teaching School Alliance and held a lead role in school to school support. She is an Associate School Improvement Adviser for a Local Authority and was previously a National Leader of Education. She has experience of supporting a number of Primary Schools to improve outcomes for pupils. Tracy became the CEO for the Concordia Multi Academy Trust in September 2018.    

Simon Faircloth - Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer

Simon joined our Trust in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer to support us in leading our business functions and supporting growth, strategy and compliance. Simon's remit includes oversight of IT, Estates, H&S, communications and marketing. Simon brings 20 years operational and strategic experience from the legal and financial services sectors.

School Improvement Team

Sara Lawrenson - Director of Education

Sara Lawrenson is an experienced Headteacher. Sara was the strategic lead of a National Support School and a National Leader in Education.  Previously she was a Senior School Improvement Adviser for a Local Authority. Sara has a proven background in improving schools. Sara enjoys facilitating the NPQH programme and coaching new and experienced school leaders. Sara became the Director of Education for the Concordia Multi Academy Trust in September 2024.  

Laura Hughes - Deputy Director of Education

Laura Hughes is the Deputy at Parklands Community Primary and Nursery School, which she joined in 2020. An experienced Key Stage 2 teacher, she has also worked for the local authority as an English Specialist and as a writing moderator for the past five years. Laura is committed to raising standards, driving school improvement, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. She enjoys supporting colleagues through mentoring and professional development.

Sarah Price - Trust Early Years Lead

Sarah is the Trust Early Years Lead and Acting Deputy Head at Town Lane Infant School, bringing extensive experience and leadership in Early Years education. She is a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) for Early Years with Wirral Local Authority and worked as a specialist in early reading and phonics through the Childer Thornton English Hub . Sarah is passionate about laying strong foundations for lifelong learning and has played a key role in supporting schools to improve outcomes across the curriculum.

Operational Staff

Lisa Cresswell - Finance Manager

Lisa became the Finance Manager for the Trust in September 2018. Prior to becoming part of the central team, Lisa worked at Wolverham Primary School for 13 years. Lisa works closely with the CFO and provides financial support to all administration staff across the Trust. Her key roles are to maintain the accounts, assist the CFO with annual budget setting and provide assistance with ESFA returns and other mandatory compliance.

Wayne Nicholas - Trust Maintenance Officer

Wayne joined the team in summer 2025 in to a newly created role of Trust Maintenance Officer.  The role enables the Trust to increase proactive maintenance and improve reactive maintenance in place of using external parties by having this resource available to all schools. Wayne joins the Trust with over 20 years experience in facilities management including within regulated settings and public sites enabling him to bring in a wealth of experience to the Trust. 

Steve Randles - Trust Business Manager

Steve joined the central team in 2022 having worked at one of our schools for several years as a School Business Manager. Steve brings education and private sector experience to support several of our schools as their business manager.

Nicola Stewart - Governance Professional

Nicola joined the team in 2022 to support the development of robust governance practices. Her background as an experienced professional clerk, coupled with her achievement of a Level 4 Academy Governance qualification, equips her with the necessary skills. She also contributes to the Trust's efficiency through her administrative support of the central team.

Anna Thomas - Human Resources Co-ordinator

Anna joined the Concordia team in September 2025.  Anna's varied role is to support, coordinate and monitor all HR activities and systems in place across the Trust including recruitment, absence management, contractual issues, policy development and general case-work resolution and ensuring that the Trust complies with employment law requirements.  Anna is CIPD qualified (Associate Membership) and brings significant HR experience from the NHS and other public sector organisations.
